Marketing Specialist – Microbiology (Pharma/GMP)

Develop and implement specialized marketing activities for microbiology products/services, contamination control, and cleanroom environments, targeting pharmaceutical plants, vaccine and biopharmaceutical manufacturers, hospitals, and QC/QA laboratories.

🧪 Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research and understand customer needs in the following areas:

• Pharmaceutical microbiology and environmental monitoring (EM)
• Microbiological media (TSA, SDA, TSB, MRD, etc.), sterility testing
• Equipment: Biological Safety Cabinets, isolators, incubators, air samplers, etc.

Develop specialized marketing content, including:

• Technical articles, brochures, catalogs, datasheets
• Training materials, webinars, microbiology – GMP seminars

Collaborate with Application / QA / R&D teams to:

• Standardize product information in compliance with GMP, ISO, USP, and EP
• Translate technical knowledge into marketing language

Implement multi-channel marketing across:

• Website, LinkedIn, Facebook, email marketing, industry seminars

Support the B2B Sales team by providing:

• Technical presentation materials
• Case studies and proposals for pharmaceutical manufacturers

Monitor marketing performance, analyze customer data, and propose improvements.

Graduated in Microbiology, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or related fields.

1–3 years of experience in technical marketing / application / sales support in:

• Pharmaceuticals, cleanroom equipment, microbiology, QA/QC (preferred)

Basic knowledge of:

• GMP, ISO 14644, Environmental Monitoring (EM), microbiological testing

Abilities:

• Technical content writing (Vietnamese/English is an advantage)
• Ability to communicate with engineers, QA teams, and pharmaceutical experts
• Systematic thinking, willingness to learn, and ability to handle in-depth technical content
