Mechanical Design Engineer

The role focuses on conceptualizing, calculating, and developing design drawings (2D/3D), as well as performing simulations and manufacturing machinery and production lines.

The candidate is proficient in using specialized engineering software to ensure that equipment operates accurately, reliably, and cost-effectively, meeting industrial production requirements.

Design & Simulation:

Develop concepts, perform structural calculations, create 2D/3D detailed drawings, and conduct simulations using engineering software.

Manufacturing Process Planning:

Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM), define machining processes, and generate detailed drawings for CNC fabrication.

Technical Support:

Supervise and guide machine assembly and installation, conduct testing and commissioning, and troubleshoot technical issues at the workshop.

Research & Improvement:

Study transmission mechanisms, improve existing machinery, and optimize production efficiency.

Education:

Bachelor’s or engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, or Machine Manufacturing.

Software Skills: 2D and 3D

Technical Knowledge:

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; solid understanding of machine principles, tolerances and fits, and machining processes.

Experience: Requires at least 2 year of experience; experience in machining or production line design is an advantage.
