Job Description

1. Job Objective

Execute online marketing activities to increase brand awareness, attract potential customers, and drive sales through digital channels.

2. Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop monthly/quarterly online communication plans.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to build advertising campaigns for each product group (equipment, microbiology environment, instruments, etc.).

Digital Channel Management

  • Manage the company website (content writing, news updates, SEO optimization).
  • Manage corporate Fanpage, Zalo OA, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok channels.
  • Develop weekly/monthly content plans.

Advertising & Performance Tracking

  • Set up, run, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Zalo Ads.
  • Analyze performance metrics: CPC, CTR, conversion rate, ROI.

Design & Content Creation

  • Write advertising content (posts, video scripts, infographics).
  • Design basic visuals using Canva or Photoshop.

CRM & Automation

  • Coordinate with the Sales team to input and track leads in the CRM system.
  • Create email automation and chatbot responses for customer interactions.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for online channels.
  • Propose improvements based on actual data and performance results.

  • SEO content writing:
  • 1 article/day
  • 5 articles/week
  • 18 articles/month
  • Social media posts (Zalo, Facebook, LinkedIn):
  • At least 1 post/day per platform
  • Video production:
  • 4 videos/week
  • 20 videos/month
  • Flyer design:
  • 4 flyers/week

Required KPI Performance

  • Website traffic: ≥ 10,000 visits/month
  • Post engagement: ≥ 1,000 interactions/month
  • New social media connections/followers: 500/month

Additional KPI Targets

  • Orders generated from the website: ≥ 200 customers/month


Job Requirements

Graduated from college or university with a major in Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, or related fields.

At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing.

Basic knowledge of running Facebook Ads and Google Ads.

Proficient in basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and office software.

Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and email automation is an advantage.

Creative mindset with strong writing and presentation skills.
