Warranty Policy

We are committed to providing transparent and fair warranty services for all customers.

1. Cases covered by warranty:

Products within the warranty period

Products warranted according to supplier regulations

Customer must present the warranty card when claiming warranty

2. Cases not covered by warranty:

Product is past the warranty period stated on the warranty card or the warranty card is lost

Warranty card does not clearly state the product code and purchase date

Product code and warranty card do not match or cannot be identified for any reason

Product is scratched due to long-term use

Product is broken, dented, or deformed due to impact

Customer self-intervenes with the product machine or takes it to another place for repair

3. Conditions for product exchange or 100% refund:

Product is found to have a manufacturer defect upon receipt

Product is not the same as the product ordered by the customer on our website

Note:

Customers need to exchange or return goods within 7 working days from the time of receipt.

Returned products must have original labels, boxes, and packaging intact as when the customer first received them.
